in as little time as possible, with the least fuss, because we know
you want to enjoy your new surroundings.
We will follow a disciplined and
coordinated schedule, minimizing the unlikely prospect of delays.
On project booking, we will provide you with our anticipated service
process timeline, from beginning to end.
In order to provide this level of
service, Janice's time that is dedicated solely to your decorative
painting work, must normally be scheduled reasonably in advance of your
project start date.
Here is a summary of our service process steps:
Initial Consultation
Janice will meet with you to help you define and
scope the project you have in mind. Subsequent consultations may be
required for larger projects.
Project Estimate
Once the project parameters are known, we will
provide a guaranteed estimate to complete the job.
Project Acceptance and
Scheduling
On project acceptance, or as a pre-requisite, we
will agree on a start date that meets your completion requirements
as best as possible. A small non-refundable deposit is required at
this time.
Project Start -
Preparation
On the starting day of the project, a project
prep person will arrive at the designated time to fill any holes
and cracks, and cover nearby furniture and floors.
Straight Painting
If your project requires straight painting, one
of our professional painters will arrive to perform the necessary
painting.
Decorative Painting
Janice will arrive to perform all the decorative
painting work that your project requires.
Inspection
We will inspect all work on completion, with
you.
Clean Up
A project person will arrive to clean up the
project site, removing garbage and if needed, positioning furniture to its
original location.
Evaluation
We ask all customers to evaluate how we've done,
so that we can continuously improve. After project completion you
will receive an evaluation form in the mail that we will ask you to
complete and return.
Communications
We will keep you fully up to date of the progress
of your job at all times. If we ever experience or anticipate an
unexpected delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
